That will depend on your specific needs & your personal goals for therapy or counseling. All members of our team are trained to perform a variety of mental health services but each will have a specific focus, style, & approach to providing care.

Do I need a therapist?

Everyone goes through difficult situations, & there’s nothing wrong with seeking out extra support. Therapy can offer long-lasting benefits & support, giving you the tools you need to overcome challenges, avoid triggers, & re-direct damaging patterns throughout your life.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a ” Good faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance / are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items & services. What does a typical session look like?

The therapist will ask questions about your concerns, history and background, but you will help guide the topics discussed. Most likely, you’ll find yourself talking about current symptoms or struggles in ares such as your relationships, your interests, your strengths, and your goals.

How much does therapy cost?

Session fees depend on the provider. Our fees range from $100-$150 per session. We do accept Aetna, Cigna, First health, Kaiser and Colorado Access Medicaid. Each of our providers can accept one or all of the above listed insurances.

How do I choose the right therapist for me?

Read our therapists’ bios to see if any person’s approach and/or specialties feel right for you. Most people know if they feel comfortable with a therapist after the first session. We want you to develop a trusting relationship with your therapist, so if you are not comfortable with them, please let us know so we can help connect you to the right fit.
